BINARY_FILE field is used to locate the file on the server to upload the file.
Allowable file type extensions to be uploaded via Candidate self service may be defined in IMST or IMRO by specifying the MEDIA EXTSN preference with the appropriate value's for extension types allowed as per list MEDIA EXTSN TYPES.
