Step By Years of Service {optional}#
This component specifies the years of service used to determine the rate step.
Choose the rule to be used as the ‘Step By Years of Service’ rule.

| 00 | Use Years from UserCalc | Specify the name of the <User Calc> on the component. The usercalc must be of the type `Function`, with a return value of the type `Numeric`.
