AWARD_DEFAULT(System Preference)#

Description	Defines whether the application AWARD_STATUS is defaulted to OPEN when a new record is created.
Set at	Funtion (IMFN)
Takes Effect
Values	Y = Yes N = No
Default	N = No
Notes	If this preference is set to ‘Y’, the AWARD_STATUS will be set to ‘OPEN’ when a new application record is created , otherwise left null for the user to complete. This preference is only set for the (ILEBA) function in IMFN.
