|__Description__|This preference will either cause the dates to default to the current system as of date or be left for the user to enter.

|__Default__| Y = ''Yes'' 
|__Notes__|If this preference is set to ‘Y’, the INTERNAL_POSTING_OPENED, REQUISTION_DATE and GENERAL_POSTING_OPENED will be defaulted to the system as of date, otherwise left null for the user to complete.\\ This preference is __only__ set for the (ILBJR) function in [IMFN].
