X_ASSESSMENT_EVENT_STATUS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

| 00 | Being Considered |
| 01 | To Be Planned |
| 02 | Planned, Not Conf |
| 03 | Planned, Conf |
| 04 | Rescheduled, NConf |
| 05 | Rescheduled, Conf |
| 06 | Completed |
| 07 | No Show |
| 90 | Cancelled (ER) |
| 99 | Cancelled |
