Assessment Events are proficiency tests companies may require individuals to take to measure competency.

Questionnaires, preference surveys, interviews, reference checks and employment checks are also handled as assessment events.

The assessment events that are needed to confirm an individual’s suitability are identified in the job profiles as steps in the recruiting stages. Desired and essential points for passing each assessment are stated and a weighting is provided to assist in the overall ranking of individuals for a particular job.

The Human Resource department coordinates with the supervisors, testers, interviewers and individuals to schedule the date, time and location of all assessment events. Confirmation letters are automatically generated based on this schedule.

The Schedule Assessment Events (IRSA) screen allows you to book competency assessment tests.
