APPLY_TIME_CODE_SET is an optional field that may be used to specify a group of time codes ([time code set|TIME_CODE_SET_CODE])  that the time rule should be applied against. Typically this is a subset of the [Target Time Code Set|TARGET_TIME_CODE_SET].

This is often used with time Daily or Weekly time rules.
