AMTnnVx is an [application domain|DOMAIN] with the following characteristics:
* Stored in the Data base as a Numeric field with a length of nn (the numbers to the left of the decimal) plus x (the numbers to the right of the decimal)
** i.e. AMT12v6 is an 18 digit field with 6 decimals  (123,456,789,012.654321)
* Displayed to the user as a numeric field
* Valid Amount Domains are:
** AMT12V2
** AMT12V4
** AMT12V6
** AMT5V2
** AMT5V4
