ACT_INITIATE_PA is an action button which allows you to initiate a Personnel Action for the employee in focus.

This button is available in the Pxxx forms where Personnel Actions will be created and maintained. By pressing the Initiate PA button, the Create Personnel Action dialog box will appear requesting initial information for the PA.
