A430 Special Earnings Element (consisting of non-attendance components)#

This component is required when entitlement is based on a percentage of Special Earnings.

Choose the rule that is used as the ‘Special Earnings Element’ rule.

Rule	Description	Logic	Assoc.	Go to
01*	Increment	Adds the current value from the <Element> specified to the accrual record. The value of the element will be used as the value of the special earnings. Use the increment rule when the element contains only the current period earnings.	A530 A630	A440
02	Rederive	Overwrites the accrual record with the current value of the <Element> specified. The value of the element will be used as the value of the special earnings. Use the rederive rule when the element contains the leave policy year to date earnings.	A530 A630	A440
