!!!Supplemental Earnings Element (consisting of nonattendance components)

This component is required when entitlement is based on a percentage of supplemental earnings. __Supplemental Earnings__ are used for sites where supplemental earnings such as bonus, commission, overtime, etc. are included in entitlement, but are calculated at a different percent than regular earnings.
