!Expected Output
USSC produces an output report that shows what the old rate was and the new rate. This function also generates a PA for each employee, with the PA Status of 'Approved' (visible on the [ISPA] screen). \\ \\These PAs then need to be applied to the employee's assignment detail record by running the [USPAW] function for multiple employees.
