|Access Start Date|This field represents the date by which the employee can begin accessing the Self Service application.
|Email New Password|This field should be set to ‘Yes’ so that the employee can be emailed their new password. The system will use the email address from the employee’s work assignment.
|User Profile|This field represents the user profile (e.g. SS_EMPLOYEE) that will be assigned to the employee(s).
