!!!MAINTAIN PEOPLE LISTS
The UEPL function is a method of scheduling the UPDATE Details button on IMPL. This function runs as of the current date and does not accept any parameters other than the list of what people lists to update.
As such when this function is run on a report for a prior date the results maybe different than what was expected. The people list if created for active employees would include all active employees as of the date and time UEPL was run. When a report is run the report list would then include all hires since the as of date on the report and not include those terminated since the as of date. Adding a report filter of Active would only remove the new hires between the dates as they would not have been active as of the prior report running date.
