Requirements / Features
The purpose of the Min Rest Until Rest is to apply a defined premium and/or a time code if the employee did not have the number of rest hours defined in the band, and when the previous worked time starts in a different date.
The minimum number of rest hours is known as the minimum rest period (specified in the band). The time rule looks back to the start time of that day to see if the employee has had the minimum number of rest hours between time worked. If the employee has worked within that minimum rest period, then the employee qualifies for the premium/time code.
If the time code and premium are not provided, the prevailing rate will be used.
