If you frequently use the same report criteria, you can save the report criteria in a named parameter set. To do this, enter the criteria then click the Save Parameter Set button at the top of the parameter form.

Parameter Set names should not contain any spaces or special characters such as !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, ?, /, \, etc. Dashes (-) and underscores (_) are allowed.
You may save as many parameter sets as you want under different names.
Once you have saved the parameter set and run the report you can load the parameters again.
To load the parameters, click on the magnifying glass to the left of the Load Parameters button and a list of all available parameters sets will appear.
Choose the parameter set you wish and click the Select button. At this point you’ll be returned to the Report Launch form where you can load the selected parameter set by clicking the Load Parameters button.
