This preference defines the percentage to use to calculate how close a class is to becoming full. This is used by the [Status|DRV_AVAILABILITY] field in [WECCL] to indicate the availability of the class.
CTXT_WTCHER_ON If this preference is set to 'Y' (Yes), the Context Watcher will be on and a personnel action will automatically be processed when its status is set to 'To Be Processed'.

If the number of enrolled registrants is less than X % of the Class' [Maximum size|MAXIMUM_SIZE] the status will reflect as OPEN.
If the number of enrolled registrants is greater than or equal with the [Maximum size|MAXIMUM_SIZE] the status will reflect as FULL.
If the number of enrolled registrants is between X % of the [Maximum size|MAXIMUM_SIZE] and the [Maximum size|MAXIMUM_SIZE] the status will reflect as ALMOST FULL.
The default value for the preference is 90.
This preference is set by site ([IMST]) or by role ([IMRO]).
By default, this preference is set to OFF.
