Calculate the weekly overtime based on the start of the week, which is determined by the "Week Start Date" (time rule Day attribute) or by the "WK START OFF DAY" helper time rule.
This time rule will grant an employee overtime for the hours worked that exceed the number of hours defined in the Band.
