In Self Service, the size of the file being uploaded is controlled by 'MEDIA MAX SIZE' site preference. By default the size is limited to 10MB. To be able to upload a large file this preference should be set for the master site. If the file being uploaded is larger than the size specified on the IMST table, a message will be displayed at the time the file is selected.
