The definition data for the Reset Self Service PIN screen is stored in the [P2K_AM_USERS],[P2K_AM_ACCESSORS]and [P2K_AM_ACCESSOR_DETAILS] table.
A default P2K_AM_ACCESSOR_DETAILS record gets created as soon as you open IMRE screen for an employee that does not have an existing record. The record created has an access status of Pending but nevertheless it still gets created.

PIN validation is done as soon as the security administrator clicks the Save button. If the validation fails, the security administrator is notified in a dialog. If the user has an email address on file, the new PIN will be sent to the user by email.
