If Designated Approver has made an approval and an approval record has a status Approved or Approved Historic, that Designated Approver is no longer allowed to be deleted from the screen. Therefore, if that Designated Approver is no longer needed, the To Date must be used to restrict the time frame he can give approvals.\\For all the other approval statuses the Designated Approvers are allowed to be deleted.
