#On the first screen, select the File DSN tab at the top of the screen (NOT User DSN or System DSN).
#Once in the File DSN screen, click the Add button in order to add a new data source.
**Upon clicking ADD you will be prompted to select the driver you want to setup as the data source.
# For our purposes, select Oracle ODBC Driver.
# Click on the Finish button.
# You will be then be prompted to select a name for the Access data source. In our example, we provided the name of the database from which we will access data.
# Click the Next button. You are then presented with a summary of your choices.
#Click the Finish button. You are then prompted to connect to the source database with the driver.
**For our purposes here the fields should be completed as follows:
***Service Name = Database Alias
***User Name = Username used to access the database from the mail merge.
***Password = User’s password from P2K
