Distribution fields are complex because they have a variable number of segments and separators. The Distribution Editor displays distribution fields in a much more meaningful manner, as defined on [IDGS]. To invoke the Distribution Editor, click the icon at the end of the field or use F9. You can view or change the distribution segments individually in the Distribution Editor and then click OK to return to the original field with the newly entered information.
